Program Services

The safe house wellness and Recovery is dedicated to providing comprehensive support for individuals on their journey to sobriety. Our services include sober living housing, where residents benefit from a structured, safe, and supportive environment as they work toward long-term recovery. Through our community outreach program, we actively engage with at-risk populations, offering essential resources to prevent overdose and support harm reduction. As part of this initiative, we distribute Relapse Prevention Kits, which include Naloxone HCl Nasal Spray (4mg)—a life-saving medication that can reverse opioid overdoses. Our outreach efforts also provide education, peer support, and access to vital services to help individuals and families affected by substance use disorders.

  • Our outreach program distributes Relapse Prevention Kits to at-risk individuals dealing with substance abuse, homelessness, and mental health.

    These kits include:

       •    Non Perishable Food Items & Beverages

       •    Narcan (naloxone) for overdose reversal

       •    Educational materials on harm reduction

       •    Resources for treatment and support

       • Hygiene Products & Towels

       • Lip Balm

       • A & D Ointment

        • Face Mack

    • Hand Sanitizer

    • Nitrile Gloves

    We partner with local organizations to ensure these kits reach those in need, promoting safer recovery journeys.

  • We offer Narcan Training Sessions In-person or virtual to equip community members with the skills to prevent fatal overdoses.

    Participants learn:

        •    How to recognize an opioid overdose

        •    Proper administration of naloxone (Narcan)

        •    Steps to take after reversing an overdose

    These free trainings are available to individuals, families, and organizations looking to make a difference in their communities.

  • Our sober living home provides a supportive, substance-free living space for individuals transitioning from treatment to independent living.

    We offer:

        •    Stable housing with accountability and peer support

        •    Relapse Prevention Coaching to reinforce coping strategies

        •    Access to Recovery Resources, including weekly relapes prevention meetings

        •    Life Skills Training to support reintegration into daily life

    Our goal is to create a nurturing environment that promotes lasting recovery and personal growth.

Community Outreach

The Safe House Wellness and Recovery’s Community Outreach Program is committed to providing accessible, open, and free support to the public. We equip individuals affected by substance use, homelessness, and mental health with essential resources, including free relapse prevention kits, essential hygiene products, non-perishable food items, education, and compassionate care. These kits are designed to offer tools and resources for maintaining sobriety and promoting overall well-being. Through active engagement and advocacy, we strive to build a healthier, safer community where recovery is within reach for all.
